Just 10 months after getting married, Christina Milian (28) and Terius Nash (32), aka. The Dream, have announced that their marriage was “unsuccessful” and made their split official. This revelation comes shortly after speculation that The Dream was cheating on Christina. The rumors were brought on by pictures that showed him enjoying – and I mean really enjoying – the Caribbean sun and sand with a different lady, reportedly his assistant Melissa Santiago, who has worked for him for nearly a year – about as long as Christina and The Dream have been married!

Married just last September after a two-month engagement, the duo had a whirlwind romance that brought them to the same Little White Chapel in Las Vegas where Britney Spears got hitched in 2004 (Hm, am I seeing a trend here?). Although the nuptials weren’t completely unexpected, since the two had applied for a marriage license just under two months earlier, it was certainly fast considering they had only started “officially” dating in March 2009, and Christina had been dating Andre Lyon from Cool & Dre right up until February of the same year. Judging by their wedding attire and the venue, I would definitely classify it as an elopement! Christina reportedly rented her wedding dress for $200, while The Dream got his tux for just $100.
The two were married at midnight on Friday, September 4, 2009. On February 26, 2010 (just four months ago!), Christina had a beautiful baby girl, who they named Violet Madison Nash. It was Christina’s first, but it brought The Dream to a total of four offspring.
Although the scandalous pictures emerged just days ago, The Dream and his soon-to-be ex-wife told reporters that they had made the decision to split in late 2009 – meaning they decided the marriage wasn’t working just months after they got hitched! The two said that they had kept the break up under wraps to protect their baby daughter, Violet.
Christina has since been spotted running errands in Los Angeles, but get this – she was still wearing her wedding ring! I guess if she’s already worn it for months after they split, what’s a few more days?

Christina Milian and The Dream has been in the tabloids as of late but looking at these recnt pictures of Christina, she seems to be going on with her life. Since the public break-up between herself and husband The Dream, Christian has been spotted around town going about her business.
Recently Christina was spotted hanging out with her sister shopping and checking her phone, hopefully not for messages from The Dream, either way Christina seems to be handling the situation very well, living her life healthy and fine. Christina is slated to hit us with an upcoming album later this year, this album is going to be a crazy one and we can’t wait to hear it. The-Dream admits his marriage to Christina Milian isn’t just on the rocks, it’s over – and they “failed.”
“Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!” the rapper-producer, 32, writes on his Web site.
“If there’s anyone to blame,” he writes, “please blame me and me alone for not being upfront!”

After photos surfaced of him with his female assistant on a Caribbean vacation, Milian, 28, mom to their 5-month-old daughter Violet, Tweeted: “Whatever you think, believe it.”
Though he says he would “love to tell the truth as to why” the couple’s 10-month marriage wasn’t successful, “that is between me and Christina. It’s easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT,” he writes.
Recalling the troubles in the relationship, The-Dream (real name: Terius Nash) says he cried for months, prayed and even “tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming.”
Still, as he was reminded by his mother, “I am not Superman and its okay to lose sometimes,” he says, before signing off with, “Everything will be fine!”

The musical couple confirmed the pregnancy last October, after they got married in secret a low-key ceremony in Las Vegas.
Milian is due to give birth this weekend and an excited father-to-be said: “The baby will be here Sunday, no later than Sunday! It’s a girl, Violet will be her first name.”
The-Dream also revealed he’s gone crazy with buying things for their first child before she is even born. He told MTV: “The baby already has a car, I got a house just for the baby.
“I’m giving all my attention that I usually give to Christina to the baby, all the flowers I usually give Christina, I’m giving them to the baby.”
Christina Milian is facing legal action from an 81-year-old neighbor, who alleges the R&B singer’s dog brutally attacked him in 2008.
Leo Skolion filed legal papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month, claiming the Dip It Low hitmaker is responsible for negligence and causing the attack which left him with “severe personal injuries.”
In the documents, Skolion explains he approached Milian to discuss her home’s “flooding problems,” which allegedly left a gate between their properties damaged.
But he alleges one of the star’s dogs escaped and took “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm, leaving him in need of 19 stitches.
Skolion claims he is still receiving psychiatric help for depression and fear as a result of the attack.
He is suing Milian, as well as her mom, Carmen, and sister, Danielle, for an undisclosed amount, according to TMZ.com.
Mom-to-be Christina Milian was all smiles as she left a sushi restaurant with her mom and sister in Los Angeles on Tuesday (January 19). The New Jersey native was seen wearing a striped gray-black cardigan and black pants with flats. We just spotted the expectant mom at the Boom Boom Room baby event.
Last Thursday (January 14) Christina was seen looking pretty in a purple top out and about in Hollywood, Calif.

Christina recently admitted, “I am nervous about giving birth to the baby. That’s probably the most nerve-wracking part of it all,” Christina adds. “Every day I wonder, ‘What happens if she comes earlier than expected?’” She adds, “As long as Dream is right next to me, I’ll be fine!”

The Bring It On series continues with Christina Milian in Bring It On: Fight To The Finish, this Sunday on ABC Family. I had the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Christina so I have the lowdown on her new movie, including a preview video clip, and what she is doing now.
Bring It On: Fight To The Finish star Christina Milian had to endure some pretty intense training to prepare for the role of Lina Cruz. She worked with Tony Gonzales or Tony G as he is called in the dance world. They trained for 14 hours a day, five days a week for a month. Christina had to learn 20 choreographed dances for the movie. So what is this latest Bring It On installment about? Well Lina is the captain of her East LA cheer squad, however when her mother remarries Lina’s life is turned upside with a move to Malibu. Once there she decides to transform the less than stellar cheer squad at her new school, into a championship cheer squad. Of course there are a lot of obstacles in her way. I have to say from the previews it looks really good, lots of Latin Hip Hop which is awesome.
Christina has been a very busy woman, new movie, new husband and baby on the way. Yep Christina Miian married music producer The Dream last fall and they are expecting a baby girl in a month. After taking some time off to devote to her new family, Christina would like to be back in the studio next summer and is hoping to release a new album by the end of the year.
It is very clear to all that Christina is an extremely talented woman. She is a great singer and a fantastic actress. I asked Christina if she had more of a passion for singing or acting or if they were equal, to which she responded that she loved to entertain. She said she was equally passionate about both. One thing is for sure Christina is an amazing entertainer.

Well Christina Milian has come out of hiding and now we get to see just how big her belly has gotten. It’s pretty huge considering how tiny Mrs. Dash used to be. Look at her thick ole legs in black spandex.
